Objectives: Promotion of a manicure master from 0 in a city with a population of 300 thousand people and a lot of competition. Receiving clients through instagram.

Before starting the cooperation:
There is a lot of competition in the city, dumping among novice masters. Katerina's profile has not brought a single direct request for 6 months. Subscribers were friends, acquaintances and a small part of clients.

What has been done
  • Repackaging the Instagram profile header;
  • Developed highlights stories (headings, salon location, video tour);
  • Gathered an active audience through a special offer in direct;
  • Implemented a content strategy (post-acquaintance/greeting, work experience, certificates);
  • Introduced posts with photos BEFORE and AFTER the procedure, video posts with manicure, as well as customer reviews;
  • Created several IGTV manicure review videos
  • 1 time / month competition with a free procedure drawing (tested several)
  • Regular stories with free dates and times for signing up for procedures.

The first client from Instagram appeared on the 3rd day of work, records started to appear too.
Difficulties
  • a limited number of entries for clients due to a small child of the master;
  • high competition in the city;
  • absence of an advertising budget.
RESULTS OF WORK FOR LESS THAN 2 MONTHS:
  • Development and implementation of a content strategy;
  • Instagram account redesign;
  • Received 30 clients / month from Instagram;
  • Revenue for 1 month was about 15 thousand rubles. In 2 months more than 35 thousand rubles. (And this is in a disastrous month according to statistics)

Objectives:
Promote a new beauty salon in Kaluga, increase the number of regular customers, attract new ones to new salon services
What has been done:
  • a separate business account of the salon on Instagram was created;
  • set up ads to attract new customers (constantly);
  • to promote a new service or a master in the salon, we do additional settings and developments of the entire promotion cycle.

Katerina's example clearly demonstrates that long-term and complex work leads to scaling and business growth.
